Returns Policy
Overview
We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We’ll let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your bank account or original payment method..
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to reflect).
- Contact your bank (some processing time may apply).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

Gifts
Items purchased as gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please contact us. We will provide the return address directly.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
